What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is specified during the checkout process, however usually sits at about 1-2 weeks, depending on order quantity and decoration type.
We aim to get most DTF printed orders dispatched within a week, where as Embroidery orders will take longer.

Do you offer a RUSH service?

YES, we can upgrade you order to RUSH service for those super urgent orders. To upgrade please Contact us to ensure we have stock on hand and can meet your deadline:

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order. Customers can order one custom printed garment using DTF printing, without setup costs or minimum quantities.

However Embroidery does incur a digitization setup fee.
 

Where do you source your garments?

Activ8 works with suppliers including AS Colour, Aussie Pacific and JB's Wear. It prioritises ethical and sweatshop-free sourcing, including manufacturers associated with Fair Labor Association and WRAP certification standards.

What is DTF Printing?

DTF printing stands for 'Direct-to-Film' printing. It is a modern method where designs are printed onto a special PET film, coated with adhesive powder, cured, and heat-pressed onto various fabric. It is ideal for cotton, polyester and blends with incredible print detail and long lasting washabilty. 

How do I determine my size?

For an easy way to get an accurate size, customers should lay a well-fitting T-shirt flat on a table and measure across the chest from armpit to armpit. This measurement can then be compared with the size chart on the relevant product page.
Size charts are a guide and garment measurements may vary by approximately 2cm.

Can we pickup rather than shipping?

Yes, we do offer Customer pickup from our location.
Simply select 'Pickup' at the shipping stage during Checkout.
